YOGA & MEDITATION

I believe that the practices of yoga and meditation should be accessible for all. No matter where you come from, what you look like, how physically able the body is, how much money you have or what spiritual practice you love - these practice are for you. The foundation of my practice stems from my own bodily illness of Multiple Sclerosis. Over the years, I’ve learned how to understand this ailment and now use it as a compass to influence my personal & teaching practices. Yoga is not a practice that we ‘do’, but it is something that we are and that we live.
